Ans. The invisible man first become visible after he slipped into a big London store for keeping warm and over slept there . While wearing some clothes taken from the store .

Ans. Though he was a brilliant scientist but he was a lawless person . His landlord disliked him and wanted to evict Griffin . In revenge , he set fire to the house . Thus he became homeless and was wandering the streets of London . He was invisible also .

Ans. Mrs. Hall finds the scientist eccentric because of his strange appearace and also , when she tries to be friendly with him, he rebuffed her by saying that he has come there for solitude and does not wish to be distributed in his work .

Ans . Griffin was rather a lawless person as he set fire to the house of land lord . He took away clothes from the store . He hit a shopkeeper and stole his money. He stole money from the clergyman ' s study room . He also hit Mr. Jaffers , the constable .

Qus. 7 What happened when Griffin did not wake up in time ?
Ans. Griffin had a hearty meal inside the London store He then went to sleep on a pile of quilts . But he could not wake up in time . The shop assistants came and they chased him .

Qus. 8 How did he escape from the London store ?
Ans. Griffin started to run in panic .He quickly took off his clothes and became invisible . He escaped all right but he was once again naked in very cold January air .

Ans. Griffin grappled with the constable . Then he became more and more invisible . The constable found himself struggling with someone he could not see . Griffin knocked the constable unconscious . He freed himself from the constable 's hold and disappeared .

Ans. A true scientist is always law abiding . He does something for  the mankind . But Griffin could not do so . In other hand, he set fire in his landlord's house and made him troubled . A true scientist cannot do all this . Therefore we can say that he was not a true scientist .

A lawless person--- Griffin was a lawless person as he did not accept any rule . He always quarrel with his land lord and set fire in his house .
Not a true scientist--- Griffin was not a true scientist because he misused his discovery . A true does everything for humanity while Griffin used  his discovery only for himself .
