Ans. Margie and Tommy had mechanical teachers . They taught them subject sector using a television screen . They also gave them tests  and home work . They used to check their answers quickly and gave them marks . 

Qus.2 Why did Margie's mother send for the County Inspector ?
Ans. Margie's mother sent for the County Inspector as her mechanical teacher had been giving trouble in it's Geography sector . It had been very quick . Margie could not follow it .

Qus. 3 What did he do ?
Ans. He went to Margie's home . He took away the mechanical teacher and set it 's Geography level equal to Margie's mental level .

Qus.4 Why was Margie doing badly in Geography ? What did the County Inspector do to help her ?
Ans. Margie had been doing badly as the Geography sector had been very quick for her to follow . Margie's mental level was not in tune with it . The County Inspector came and reset mechanical teacher's mental level equal to that of Margie's mental level .

Qus.5 Did Margie have regular days and hours for school ? If so. Why ?
Ans.  Yes . Margie had regular days and hours for school .It is clear by her mother's  calling her to 'study' when Tommy had been to her house .

Ans. It is a floppy when it is inserted in a computer, the text comes on the screen . In other words a tele book is a book having e text .

Qus. 7 What things about the book did she find strange ?
Ans. It was printed on paper . The words did not move as they moved on a screen . When she turned back to the page before, it had the same words on it that it had when she read it for the first time .

Qus.8 How does Tommy describe
 the old kind of school ?
Ans. Tommy describes that they had a special building . All the kids went there . They learnt the same thing . They helped one another in that . They laughed and shouted in the school yard . They sat together in the school room .

Qus.9 How does he describe the old kind of teachers ?
Ans. He deserves that old kind of teachers were human beings  and they came to school which was in a special building . They asked the students questions and gave them home work and taught other things .
Qus.10 Do you agree with Margie that schools today are more fun than the schools in the story ?
Ans. Yes .I agree with Margie that schools today are more fun . But today' s schools too are becoming hectic and mechanical . Children have their own needs and interests . They do not like to be mechanical . They have feelings of love and emotions . They should be given opportunity to learn on their own . They can learn everything in natural setting . They have individual differences . Mechanical teachers force them to learn things in a regular way which become boring .In the present day's school s , children come together  and learn things in a group . They can share ideas and experiences while in  Margie's school there is only one student and the same teacher always .So present day's schools are more fun than the schools in the story .
