What are the things the child sees on his way to the fair ? Why does he lag behind ? 

                Answer
On his way to the fair the child sees toys, dragon flies, bees and butterflies , group of insects and worms teeming near their holes, shower of young flowers falling and the doves cooing in the toy shop .
        He lagged behind because he was attracted by the things he saw and stopped to look at them and enjoy them .He saw some and tried to catch others like butterflies and falling petals .

In the fair he wants many things. What are they ?Why does he move on without waiting for an answer ?

            Answer 

In the fair he wants sweets named burfi , a toy, balloons and a garland of gulmohar flowers. He knew that his parents would not buy him these things,so he moved on without waiting for an answer .

When does he realize that he has lost his way ? How has his anxiety and insecurity been described ?        
              Answer 

There was a roundabout in the fair. Men, women and children were enjoying a ride on it . They were laughing and crying . The child was attracted. He had a strong desire to swing .He cried loudly . :I want to go on the roundabout.: But there was no reply .He turned back and didn't find his parents . Now he knew that he had lost . A full deep cry rose within his dry throat and with a sudden jerk of his body he started running in the fair. He wailed, cried : father! mother! Tears rolled on the cheeks from his eyes . His clothes became dirty and his turban untied .

              Question 04 

Why does the lost Child lose interest in the things that he had wanted earlier ? 

             Answer 

The child had been separated from his parents. He wanted them first. Without parents , a child feels unsecured and lost . He loves them more than anything in the world . His first interest is the love of his parents . Nothing can please him in the absence of his parents . That is why he lost interest in things he wanted to have earlier .

What do you think happens in the end ? Does the child find his parents ? 

            Answer

I think the child must have been restored to his parents. The kind hearted man must have made efforts to find out his parents . The parents of the child must have also been looking for him . But the meeting of parents and the child is not mentioned anywhere in this lesson .

         Question 06 

Who rescued the child ? What did he offer to buy ?

         Answer 

A kind hearted man rescued the child when he was running here and there and searching his parents. He had reached near the shrine and was about to crushed under the feet of the people .
             The man took him to different shops and offered to buy him toys, sweets, balloons, garland of flowers ,etc.
