The Central Idea of the poem 'The Road Not Taken ' is this that the poet was walking through a forest and was confused to get two roads . These roads were divided into two directions . Both of them looked him equally attractive. It was difficult to decide him which road should be taken . The grassy road proved that few people would walk on it .He decided to take that road and left other for next time. At last he thinks what would have happened if he had taken the other road .
